Data Analytics Education Committee Member 2025-2026

The Data Analytics Education Committee collaborates to identify and shape educational content that helps NetVU members maximize their use of RiskMatch and Data Delivery. Committee members evaluate user needs, gather feedback, and guide the development of basic, intermediate, and advanced education for NetVU webinars, community meetings, Accelerate, and other learning opportunities. This committee plays a key role in ensuring NetVU's Data Analytics education remains relevant, practical, and member-driven. Meetings are held virtually at least once a month.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify Education Needs
  • Gather feedback from peers, forums, surveys, and user experiences.
  • Pinpoint topics that help members better utilize the system, from basic workflows to advanced configuration.
• Shape and Develop Content
  • Recommend topics for NetVU webinars, Accelerate, local/community meetings, and on-demand learning.
  • Suggest formats and levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) to support learners at all stages.
• Collaborate with NetVU Staff
  • Partner with the Education & Advocacy Manager and other staff to ensure alignment with NetVU’s education strategy.
  • Support coordination with Vertafore when product expertise or insight is needed.
• Provide Peer Insights
  • Share real-world use cases, common challenges, and time-saving tips.
  • Help prioritize topics that deliver high impact and relevance.
• Review and Refine
  • Review educational materials when requested.
  • Offer input on presentation outlines, speaker recommendations, and session formats.
• Champion Engagement
  • Encourage peer participation in learning opportunities.
  • Help promote sessions, webinars, or events within your network or region.
• Time
  • Participate in monthly virtual meetings (approx 60 mins)
  • Complete occasional offline work (reviewing a draft/list, responding to a poll
  • Support events by attending sessions, speaking during sessions, or participating in panel discussions
