Falcon West Insurance Brokers, Inc. is growing and we need a top flight Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager/Customer Service Rep for our expanding property & casualty business.

The successful applicant will be comfortable collaborating with clients to arrive at optimal solutions for their commercial insurance needs. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with a diverse account base in a growing, dynamic company. Clients include manufacturers, multinationals, grocery stores, publicly traded & privately held companies, real estate developers, and tech & life science companies.

Our business has been operating successfully for 42 years, and we've grown at a double digit pace over the past 11 years. We maintain fully-paperless offices in two states. Key tasks include:
-Assisting our customers in navigating the often confusing world of insurance, with responsibility for the customer service and retention of approx. 40 mid-size commercial accounts
-Ensuring customer service standards are met in a timely and efficient manner
-Working with underwriters in marketing new business and account renewals
-Preparing proposals for client presentations
-Complex claim monitoring and assisting to resolution
-Identifying rounding opportunities at account renewal
-Ensuring policies are delivered accurately to clients
-Proactively increasing insurance and sales knowledge through continuing education opportunities

Key Attributes you will bring to the table:
-Ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships with clients
-Able to work independently while being a team player
-Accurate and detail oriented
-Open and embracing of new technologies
-A drive to achieve results
-Proficiency in AMS360 or Applied agency management systems, and Excel
-Must have at least 2 years experience in P&C for commercial lines
