Due to our continued growth, we have the following excellent, full-time career opportunities available: Commercial Lines Policy Checker Working with Account Executives, the policy checker helps to identify and resolve discrepancies and suggest corrections. Analyze and review new and renewal policies for accuracy, completeness and quality. Review and process assigned commercial insurance policies and/or specialty lines in accordance with established procedures and best practices. Verify the accuracy of the policy by comparing information from application and all related data. Must be fluent in commercial lines coverage’s, so as to be able to make recommendations and ensure accuracy. Examine all documents and policies from the original insurance applications and any other documents, endorsements, renewals, etc… to determine if changes are needed. Make appropriate changes in our agency management system, Sagitta, to reflect any alterations in the policy. Maintain a working knowledge of forms and endorsements. Maintain a consistent quality and quantity of work per company standards; as well as perform other related duties as assigned. The best candidate is detail oriented with solid analytical and computational skills; strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritize work and multitask. A minimum of 2 to 3 years in Commercial Lines Insurance in a retail brokerage with new business, renewals, issuance and endorsements across all commercial lines of business is required. An undergraduate degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMS Sagitta are preferred.
