Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Property & Casualty License
- 2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred, added bonus if you have experience insuring real estate, habitational, hospitality, construction, schools/churches/nonprofits.
- Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel. In our office we use Vertafore products: AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Summary of the role: Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities. Our Account Managers not only assist in proposals but all renewals, ACORD apps, online rating, cancellations, some billing, endorsements - basically the accounts start to finish.
