Independent Agency in Northern California is looking for a commercial lines certificate and CSR support part time worker.
We are looking for an experienced part-time Commercial Lines CSR assistant. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is responsible for handling day to day operations by supporting our commercial sales and service staff with issuing certificates, endorsements, audits, verifying policies and other services. The ideal candidate would have, excellent communication skills, maximum attention to details, fast paced and be able to follow agency procedures. Flexible hours and work remotely 15-20 hours a week within our San Francisco time zone.
Qualifications:
-Property & Casualty license a MUST
-Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with 1-3 years of experience.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
-Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
-Fully remote option – Training may require you to be in office for a week
