Here's a quick snapshot of what I bring to the table:

• ✳️ Deep expertise in AMS360, BenefitPoint, DocuSign, TransactNOW, and VSSO

• 🔍 Direct bill commission configuration, GL reconciliation, and reporting strategy

• 🧠 Data cleanup & workflow optimization with a focus on real-world usability

• 🤝 Experience working directly with Vertafore on agency-level enhancements

• 📚 Trainer, mentor, and system translator-making tech understandable for all users

• 🔐 User security, licensing, and single sign-on management across Vertafore products

I've built a career on taking what's messy and turning it into a well-oiled machine. Whether I'm collaborating with accounting, producers, or vendors-I get systems aligned with strategy, and people set up for success.

To be transparent, I'm seeking opportunities with a target salary of up to $120K, depending on the scope of the role, benefits, and overall alignment. I'd be happy to discuss the full value I can bring to the right team.
