Sherman Insurance Agency is a growing agency looking for an experienced Customer Service person. We are looking for someone who is well-organized, accurate and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of support to our account manager team
- Complete renewal request, endorsements, and daily task to support our customers
- Responsible for monthly reports, driver checks and issuing ID Cards
- Can Identify and prioritize task and able to bring bigger issues to management if needed
- Ability to keep accurate records and documentation
- Work in a team environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines customer service (preferred)
- Property and Casualty license
- Familiarity with AMS is helpful but not required
- Maintain a high level of ethics
