QUANTUM ASSURANCE INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Service Representative to join our Allen, TX hub. We are searching for service-oriented individuals who are ready to join us in our mission to democratize insurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills along with a desire advance their career in the Insurance industry.
This is an incredibly dynamic, and impactful position allowing you the opportunity to be in the weeds of our mission here at Quantum. As a Commerical Lines Insurance Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing existing insurance products for active commercial policyholders. You will properly identify customer insurance needs while providing top-of-the-line customer service in order to properly protect the customer from A - Z.

What Quantum's Service Representative's Do
- Respond to Customer inquiries via inbound and outbound communication methods.
- Maintain positive customer interactions by being an active listener, empathetic, and timely on each call.
- Maintain contact lists and uphold communication where follow up is needed.
- Provide a top-of-the-line customer experience by being knowledgeable about our insurance, products, and services offered.
- Provide accurate and compliant policies to fit the needs of the customer.
- Maintain policy compliance according to the carrier underwriting requirements.
Qualifications
- Commercial Insurance Experience, required.
- An ability & excitement to research and retain information
- 1-2 years minimum of customer interfacing, required
- Excellent written, and verbal communication style
- Must have an excellent understanding of various communication styles.
- Ability to THRIVE in a fast-paced, high-volume, highly ambitious environment.
- Advanced computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Familiar and comfortable with CRM system
