    REMOTE ACCOUNT MANAGER

    We are seeking a full time Remote Account Manager to service a book of business. This will be a contract position for approximately $70,000 a year.  Average account size ranges from $1500 - $50,000.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Prepares and coordinates all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts, including but not limited to:

    • Review & import producer's application into AMS360
    • Market new and renewal business, review quotes & prepare a proposal
    • Prepare forms for binding, invoices, financing, ID cards, binders, and other items as required to binding coverage or service the account
    • Prepares policies for delivery to clients
    • Request and process endorsements, audits, inspection correspondence, etc.
    • Responds to client inquiries
    • Communicates with company personnel regarding the client's needs and/or issues
    • Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required
    • Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated proficiency in Commercial P&C Insurance
    • Florida 220 License Required
    • AMS360 Agency Management System experience required
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
    • Strong data entry skills
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization
