The successful applicant will be comfortable in taking on new tasks while building their skills in the process. You must enjoy collaborating with other team members to arrive at optimal solutions for our commercial insurance prospects and clients. This is a great opportunity to learn the intricacies of handling a diverse account base in a growing, dynamic company. Our clients include manufacturers, multinationals, publicly traded & privately held companies, real estate developers, and tech & life science companies.

The role requires someone who is looking to grow. This position prepares the individual to progress into the Account Manager position within 24 months of start date or earlier as skills develop. We are willing to consider a full time or hybrid remote working arrangement for the right individual.
Key tasks include:
-Working closely with an Account Manager and Producer in handling approximately 60 mid-size commercial clients in a rapidly growing book.
-Preparing proposals and summaries for client presentations
-Process and review loss run reports
-Research client questions and contract requests
-Proactively increasing insurance knowledge and customer service skills through continuing education opportunities

-Proficiency in AMS360 or Applied agency management systems, and Excel
-Commercial insurance experience preferred, but not required
-A bachelor's degree, or 3 years' experience performing in a similar professional administrative or customer service capacity is required
