Her involvement with NetVU began even before the conversion. Attending conferences like Power Users and Accelerate, she was immediately drawn to the community’s collaborative spirit. Inspired by leaders who actively sought user feedback to improve products, Jenny became deeply involved, volunteering for committees and eventually leading the charge in shaping NetVU’s product workgroups.
