NetVU provides our members with the chance to develop and use their leadership skills, vision, and commitment to serve their fellow insurance professionals by joining our executive board of directors. As an independent, volunteer-driven organization, NetVU relies on our board members to engage and expand our professional community. In return, board members gain valuable experience in servant leadership.
By serving on the board, you will learn how to collaborate with diverse personalities and perspectives, gaining insight into the various ways agencies operate. Most importantly, you’ll have the unique opportunity to advocate on behalf of your peers to affect meaningful engagement with Vertafore and the community of Vertafore users. Going beyond that, you'll also gain valuable perspectives from Vertafore, carriers, vendors, MGAs, and all the components that contribute to what NetVU is today.
Why do people serve on the NetVU board?
Our board members are true servant-leaders. Many say they get more out of their service to NetVU members than they give up. Whether advocating for advances in the Vertafore solutions you use every day, making meaningful industry connections, impacting the types of education and services NetVU provides its membership, or simply wanting to pay it forward, NetVU directors represent the best of our community.
What does the board do?
