NPS Score: NetVU’s NPS score surged from 43 to 55 – a direct result of your feedback.

Increased Member Satisfaction: Our services, including Accelerate, NetVU University, Product Work Groups, Chapters/Communities, NCOM, Partner Program, and advocacy efforts all saw increased satisfaction. 

Volunteer Growth: Since Accelerate, 46 new volunteers raised their hands to get more involved. 

Team Member Changes: We welcomed two new team members: Ellen Mitchell (Events & Operations Director) and Jessica Jeffress (Learning Experiences Director), and bid a heartfelt farewell to Debbie Ivie, who has been a cornerstone of our NetVU family for many years, first as a volunteer, and then as a team member for 9 years. 

Increased Engagement: Member engagement grew by 9%, and we launched new initiatives like the NetVU Narrative Navigators book club and the Learning to Lead Institute.  

New Partners: The NetVU family of partners expanded to bring additional solutions to help support your organization’s needs. New in 2024 are: AgencyKPI, Ascend, Accelerated Automation, Inchanted, and Insuserve1. 

Accelerate in New Orleans: A record-breaking year with 147 sessions, and all-new kickoff reception, our volunteers successfully assembled and donated over 2,000 hygiene kits to support the people of New Orleans, and Trombone Shorty closing out the Vertafore Customer Appreciation Party. 

Spark in Cincinnati: 90% satisfaction rating from attendees. 

Certifications & Training: More than 292 members took part in our new premium education offerings, 17 earned certifications in Vertafore solutions. 

Regional Meetings: We re-launched regional meetings, with an initial focus on the QQCatalyst and AMS360 communities.
