In partnership with WebCE, International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) has designed six insurance educational programs that help agents and brokers, underwriters, claims professionals, and other insurance practitioners develop expertise in industries and coverage lines that traditionally produce high premiums and commissions. Not coincidentally, these industries also have the most complex and nuanced exposures, and it requires specialized knowledge to properly construct insurance programs to cover those risks.
The IRMI certification courses are designed with early- to mid-career risk professionals in mind but are also great refreshers for seasoned pros. Increasingly, insurance professionals are finding another key to career success is to specialize in and focus on specific industries or challenging lines of insurance, and the IRMI certifications support this approach. · Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®)
· Energy Risk and Insurance Specialist (ERIS®)
· Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS®)
· Manufacturing Risk and Insurance Specialist (MRIS®)
· Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP®)
