Originally from Dover, Delaware – and now living in Burleson, Texas, Karen brings warmth and authenticity into everything she does. When asked what she enjoys most about working at NetVU, her answer was simple and heartfelt: working with members. That passion is evident every day. As the first point of contact for many members, Karen consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every interaction is positive, thoughtful, and meaningful.
A Heart for the Season
The holidays are especially meaningful to Karen. Her favorite tradition is going to church on Christmas Eve, a quiet moment of reflection during a busy season. When it’s time to unwind, she’s all about classic holiday humor—National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is her go-to festive favorite. And when it comes to decorating, Karen is firmly Team Artificial Tree.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, daughter Mackenzie, and two dogs, Scarlett and Peri, who clearly keep life entertaining. Comfort food is a must, and nothing beats homemade mac & cheese. Her favorite all-time show is The Chosen, reflecting the strong faith that guides her life—something she holds close, noting that one item she can’t live without is her Bible.
If Karen could instantly master one new skill, it would be playing an instrument, and while she may not consider herself an early bird or a night owl, she knows one thing for sure—mid-day is the sweet spot. Tea in hand, of course.
