This week, we wrapped another incredible Spark in St. Louis—and the energy was undeniable. Leaders from across the insurance industry came together for two days of conversation, collaboration, and connection. Spark is designed differently than most conferences: it’s small by design, system-agnostic, and focused on meaningful discussion. Instead of sitting through long lectures, participants dive into real conversations with peers who understand the challenges—and opportunities—of running an agency today.
What Attendees Loved
The feedback from this year’s attendees highlighted exactly what makes Spark unique:
- Real solutions through conversation. Many came with specific challenges and left with actionable answers—and often even more insight than expected.
- Format that works. With short kick-off sessions in the morning and longer discussions throughout the day, attendees said time flew by because every conversation was engaging and practical.
- Connections that matter. Whether it was reconnecting with old friends or building new relationships, participants valued the chance to talk openly with people who truly understand their work.
- Fresh ideas, not just theory. From leadership strategies to workflow improvements, sessions were interactive and designed to spark real change back at the agency.
Looking Ahead
From conversations on operations and coaching underperformers, to roundtable exchanges about growth and technology, Spark once again delivered on its promise: to bring together the brightest minds in our community to learn from each other.
We’re grateful to everyone who joined us in St. Louis for making this year’s Spark such a success. The conversations don’t stop here—what you take back to your organizations, your teams, and your leadership will continue to ripple outward.
We can’t wait to see where these ideas lead and look forward to welcoming even more of you to events like this in the future!
